Long Walks

We are a group who meet on the first Tuesday of the month for a 6-7 mile morning walk starting at 10am. apart from two walks in the summer which are slightly longer and include a picnic lunch stop.

All walks are circular with a "banana stop" approximately half way.

The walks programme is organised covering 6 months at a time, April - September and October to March.

Walks are led by a number of group members resulting in a varied programme. The map reference for the start together with parking availability are all on the website.

A reminder email is sent to all members on the long walks contact list detailing the next walk.

Please check with the individual leader if you wish to bring your dog. If bringing your dog it must be on a short fixed lead at all times.

Group co-ordinators: Christine and Ray Barnett.
